I am a Strength Coach based in Didsbury.
I specialise in Strength Training, for sports performance and general wellbeing.
I am a fully qualified British Powerlifting, British Weight Lifting and British Cycling Coach. I'm also affiliated with the UK Strength & Conditioning Association.

HOW LONG: Sessions typically last 1 hour.
HOW OFTEN: Train with me as often as you like! During your first session, we will grab a coffee and discuss your goals. This will help us establish how many sessions will work for you and your budget.
TRAIN WITH A FRIEND:Training with a friend is a great way to stay accountable! I offer reduced prices when you train with a friend. Max 2 per session.
