I specialise in Strength Training, both for sports performance and general health & wellbeing.

I train my clients at Rx Gym in West Didsbury.
I am a fully qualified British Weightlifting & British Powerlifting Coach and British Cycling Coach. I'm also affiliated with the UK Strength & Conditioning Association.
