#STRONG is run by me, Alan. Find out about me below:

I am a FULLY QUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER & BRITISH WEIGHTLIFTING COACH.

I'll teach you how to lose fat and gain muscle at my focussed and intense weight sessions. Learn how to build a toned body that burns calories in your sleep!

I am also a certified NUTRIONIST.

There is a reason why people say 'abs are made in the kitchen'.  I will create a meal plan for you that gives you the body you're working so hard for in the gym - without eating endless portions of chicken and brocolli - OR having to sacrifice your social life!
